Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk menyalurkan potensi non-akademik sekaligus memperkuat semangat sportivitas di lingkungan kampus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan, Kerja Sama, dan Hubungan Masyarakat, Dr. Nasruddin, S.T., M.T., mendukung terselenggaranya piala rektor dan menekankan pentingnya menjunjung tinggi sportivitas dalam setiap cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan. Ia mengingatkan bahwa kompetisi ini bukan sekadar ajang adu gengsi, melainkan sarana untuk membangun kesehatan fisik, kebersamaan, dan karakter mahasiswa sesuai dengan aturan yang telah disusun oleh panitia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presiden Mahasiswa Unsam, Muhammad Khairan Hakim, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa mahasiswa tidak hanya  berprestasi di ruang akademik, tetapi juga perlu mengembangkan kemampuan di luar kelas. Ia menegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini menjadi bukti bahwa mahasiswa memiliki potensi yang seimbang antara akademik dan non-akademik. Momen tersebut disambut antusias oleh para peserta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piala Rektor 2026 akan berlangsung mulai tanggal 5 hingga 8 Mei 2026 dengan berbagai cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan, di antaranya:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bola voli (kategori putra dan putri)<\/li>\n<li>Bulu tangkis (kategori ganda putra, ganda putri, dan ganda campuran)<\/li>\n<li>Mini soccer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan ini secara resmi menandai dimulainya seluruh rangkaian perlombaan Piala Rektor 2026 di lingkungan Universitas Samudra. Diharapkan, melalui ajang ini, mahasiswa dapat mempererat solidaritas, meningkatkan prestasi, serta menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai sportivitas dalam setiap kompetisi.<strong>
